Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using APPLYMEND's platform, services or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Services Description
APPLYMEND provides enterprise after-sales service infrastructure including field service management software, certified engineer networks, warranty processing, AMC management, reverse logistics, spare parts inventory management and related professional services across India.
Enterprise Accounts
Enterprise clients receive access to the APPLYMEND platform under executed Master Service Agreements (MSAs) that supersede these general terms where conflicts exist. Account administrators are responsible for managing user access, maintaining credential security and ensuring authorized use within their organization.
Service Level Agreements
SLA commitments are defined in individual enterprise contracts. Standard SLA metrics include response time, resolution time, first-visit resolution rate and parts availability. SLA credits are calculated automatically through the platform and applied per contractual terms.
Pricing & Payment
Service pricing comprises visit charges, labour charges and spare parts costs as published on our pricing page or as negotiated in enterprise contracts. Payment terms for enterprise clients are net-30 unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
Intellectual Property
The APPLYMEND platform, including all software, algorithms, AI models, dashboards, documentation and branding, is proprietary intellectual property of APPLYMEND Private Limited. Enterprise clients receive a limited license to use the platform during the contract term. Client data remains the property of the client.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APPLYMEND's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
