End Customer Data: Name, phone number, email address, service address, product details, warranty information, service history and feedback scores — collected on behalf of our enterprise clients.
Engineer & Partner Data: Identity verification documents, certification records, GPS location during active jobs, service completion reports, payment and commission details.
Technical Data: IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, usage analytics, cookies and log files collected automatically when you access our Services.
Communication Data: Call recordings, WhatsApp messages, email correspondence and chat transcripts processed through our customer care and AI chatbot systems.

Data Retention
We retain personal information for the duration of our enterprise client contracts plus applicable statutory periods. Service records are retained for 7 years per Indian commercial law requirements. End customers may request deletion subject to our clients' contractual obligations and legal retention requirements.

Under applicable Indian data protection regulations, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information.
